This is a limit switch box (switchbox) from the Wave series for position feedback of pneumatic or electric rotary actuators. Standard with mechanical microswitches (Cherry D44X), polyamide housing with a transparent polycarbonate cover for visual position indication. IP67 protection class.

Mount the switchbox on top of the actuator according to the VDI/VDE 3845 NAMUR pattern. Adjust the cams so that the switches operate exactly at the open/closed end positions. Check the visual indicator on the cover - the arrow must be exactly aligned in both end positions. Cable entry via a suitable gland (PG or M-thread) to maintain IP67.
