This is a Series 70 valve with manual operation 90° lever (side operation), way function 5/3 pressure centres (PC), monostable version with spring return. Connection G1/2. The Series 70 is a modular valve system with poppet construction (no lubrication required, insensitive to contamination), suitable for individual mounting, manifold mounting on a multiple base or integration with the KCV cylinder bracket.

Modular Series 70: identical dimensions for manual (MAV), mechanical (MEV), pneumatic (PNV) and electro-pneumatic (SOV) operation. Fully interchangeable on a common multiple base (CSA / CVM) change the operation type without modifying the piping.

Application areas
Manually operated valves for maintenance and service functions, emergency venting, main air shut-off, batch process operation and machine configuration. Bistable versions are used where a selected position must be maintained without further action (air supply on/off, mode switching).

Installation advice
Fasten the valve with M3 screws (tightening torque 0,8 Nm) or mount on a multiple base. Connect port 1 to a filtered air supply (min. 2,5 bar for monostable, 1 bar for bistable). For 5/3 with open centres: do not connect port 1 directly to a pressure source with a large reservoir use a pressure regulator for stable operation.
Use filtered air (50 µm). Lubrication, if used, must be continuous. Avoid installation in heavily vibrating environments for bistable variants where possible, do not mount vertically.
