This is a Series 70 valve with pneumatic operation, way function 5/3 (OO), monostable 5/3 with spring-centred middle position. Connection G1/2. The Series 70 is a modular valve system with poppet construction (no lubrication required, insensitive to contamination), suitable for individual mounting, manifold mounting on a multiple base or integration with the KCV cylinder bracket.
Series 70 5/3 · OO · G1/2 · flow 4600 Nl/min · min. pilot pressure 2,5 bar Series 70 modular valve system for industrial pneumatics.
Modular Series 70: identical dimensions for manual (MAV), mechanical (MEV), pneumatic (PNV) and electro-pneumatic (SOV) operation. Fully interchangeable on a common multiple base (CSA / CVM) change the operation type without modifying the piping.
Poppet design: poppet construction insensitive to contamination no sliding rings, no lubrication required. Operation from vacuum with pilot-operated variants.

Features & Benefits
Modular systemComplete Series 70 line manual, mechanical, pneumatic and electro-pneumatic with identical dimensions. Free choice of actuation per application.
Poppet constructionPoppet design insensitive to contamination no spool seals, no lubrication required. Supports vacuum down to 10 bar.
Universal mountingIndividual wall mounting, manifold mounting on a multiple base (CSA / CVM / modular) or direct mounting on a cylinder via the KCV bracket.
Pneumatic impulsePilot pressure from 2.5 bar switching time typically <20 ms. Ideaal voor explosieve omgevingen waar elektrische bediening ongewenst is.
Application areas
Pneumatic impulse valves for series-connected control chains, logic circuits (AND/OR), pneumatic counters, AND gates and explosion-proof control circuits where electricity is undesirable. Bistable variants serve as memory elements.
Accessories
- Multiple base (CSA / CVM) for 2 to 10 valves side by side common supply and exhaust.
- Modular base for mixed configurations with separating diaphragm, blanking plate and intermediate supply.
- KCV mounting bracket for direct mounting of the valve on an ISO 15552 cylinder.
- Silencers and exhaust flow regulators for ports 3 and 5.
Installation advice
Mount the valve individually or on a multiple base. Connect the pilot ports (12 / 14) to a 3/2 pilot valve minimum 2,5 bar pilot pressure. For the differential version: pilot pressure on 12 causes switching, return on pressure loss via the spring.
Use filtered air (50 µm). Lubrication, if used, must be continuous. Avoid installation in heavily vibrating environments for bistable variants where possible, do not mount vertically.
